There are many women who have a monthly visitor that makes life difficult.  Intense cramps and lower back pains leave women irritable and uncomfortable.  After years of research and several blends of herbs in tea and oil preparations, one formula has been tested and proven effective.

Period Ease

The oil is designed to be massaged onto the abdominal area and the lower back.  The oil is absorbed by the skin and delivers the medicinal properties to the reproductive system and the muscles of the lower back.

Almond Oil is a light oil that is used profusely in aromatherapy and in making herbal infused oils.  It’s light and odorless. It has been infused with Hops Flowers and Juniper Berries.  The essential oils of Chamomile, Clary Sage, Cypress, Lavender, and Rosemary.

Hop Flowers (Humulus lupulus) is an herb that helps to alleviate pain, helps with indigestion, headaches, and menstrual symptoms.

Juniper Berries (Juniperus species) help with water retention, uterine discomfort, and cramps.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) Eases pre-menstrual symptoms and painful menstruation.

Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) Helps with excessive menstruation.

Chamomile, German (Matricaria recutica)  Helps ease menstrual pain and headaches.  Can exacerbate and existing skin condition or provoke an allergic reaction.  If you are allergic to ragweed, do a patch test before use.  Chamomile is a relative to ragweed.

Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) This essential oil has been known to ease muscular aches and pains, irregular menstruation, and PMS.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) Good for muscular aches and pains, painful menstruation, and mental fatigue. This oil may trigger an epileptic attack in people who are prone to epilepsy.  Avoid during pregnancy.

The tea itself is designed to compliment the oil and work from the inside.

Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus)  This herb helps in cases of mood swings due to hormone imbalances before and during monthly periods.  If

you are allergic to artichokes, avoid the tea.  Blessed Thistle is related to the artichoke.

Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) Aids to balance hormones before and during periods.  Also helps with estrogen deficiencies, menopausal symptoms, and menstrual symptoms in general.  The estrogen content has been known to counteract some birth control treatments.  Consult a physician before use.

Cramp Bark (Vibrunum opulus)  As the name of the herbs says, this herb is excellent in cases of cramps of any kind.

Chaste Tree Berries (Vitex agnus castus)  This herbs has been used for centuries for balancing hormones and easing menstrual symptoms. It helps to balance estrogen and progesterone. The estrogen content has been known to counteract some birth control treatments.  Consult a physician before use.
